Before becoming a PhD candidate at the Graduate School for Global and Area Studies at Leipzig University, I had the opportunity to focus on Strategic Studies, Arms Control, Politics, and International Relations. Additionally, as part of my academic career I visited the Ben-Gurion University which deepened my understanding of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. In Türkiye, I studied the Turkish language, which allowed me to get insights into the country’s political culture and identity. My primary areas of interests include security, disarmament, defense, international stability, and armed conflicts.
