Abstract

Eva Ommert is a research associate at the Research Centre Global Dynamics (ReCentGlobe) at Leipzig University, focusing on research data management and digital methods. She is in charge for data curation as part of the archiving of research data in the GlobeData repository. She also coordinates the activities in the Digital Lab, where researchers are supported in their work with digital data, tools, and methods.

From 2020-2024, she coordinated a pilot project on research data management in the Collaborative Research Centre 1199 "Processes of Spatialization under the Global Condition" at ReCentGlobe.
