Abstract
Kristofer Jachnow is a research assistant in the project "Employee Survey in Public Service Authorities". The project is part of the InRa study (Institutions and Racism) and is based at the Research Institute for Social Cohesion at the Leipzig Research Centre Global Dynamics (ReCentGlobe). Kristofer Jachnow previously studied sociology at the University of Leipzig. During his studies, he taught courses and tutorials on quantitative methods, data analysis and statistical software and was involved in research projects on teacher training and educational diagnostics.
