Abstract
Prof. Dr. Christoph Enders is head of the Chair of Public Law, Political and Constitutional Theory.
His activity focuses on questions on the philosophy of law, fundamental liberties and their dogmatics, especially human dignity. Also, he researches, publishes and lectures in the field of administrative, assembly, security and public building and planning law.
Prof. Enders is the director of the institute 'Basics of law' at the University of Leipzig and the director of the Georg-Jellinek-Centre for Political Sciences and Public Administration. He is member of the association of german constitutional law teachers and the working group 'history, method and dogmatics of public law', as well as deputy member of the ethics committee at the State Medical Association Baden-Württemberg. From 2008 to 2014 he was judge at the Higher Administrative Court of Saxony in Bautzen.
